 <description>The Aussie is inspried! Allan Davis (Quickstep) pulls off another exciting win in the Tour Down Under. It was Davis&#039;s third stage win in four days. Davis has only to finish with the front group in tomorrow&#039;s final stage and he will be crowned champion of the 2009 Tour Down Under and leader of the UCI ProTour. Armstrong was content to ride in with the peloton. He is 29th in the GC, 0.49 off the lead.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
